Tariff system

Medical services are billed according to the outpatient tariff system in force in Switzerland.

Swiss health insurance

Please bring your valid Swiss health insurance card to each consultation. If you are unable to provide valid proof of insurance, payment will be required directly at the practice.

Accident insurance

Treatment following an accident can be billed through the responsible accident insurer. If the accident number or insurance details are not yet available at the time of the consultation, we ask you to submit them afterwards.

Self-paying patients & foreign insurance

We are unable to bill foreign health or travel insurers directly. Payment is therefore made directly at the practice. You will receive an invoice which you can submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement.

Aesthetic and other non-medically indicated services

These services are billed as self-pay services. Some cosmetic treatments may be subject to VAT.
